Cancelation Policy
Should you need to cancel your appointment you will need to do so within 24 hours of your scheduled time. If you do so in this time frame Emily will happily reschedule you for another time. Please do NOT use the online scheduler to reschedule your appointment, Emily will do that for you when you discuss the reschedule via phone/text. We do NOT issue refunds so please make sure you are able to make your appointment to the best of your ability. Needing to reschedule a few times due to schedule conflicts is understandable, but if it happens on a regular basis Emily may not allow another reschedule time.
