Check out our amazing classes and workshop line-up for our second annual women's retreat. Some of the women presenting have taught on a national level, bringing their diverse and powerful workshops to people across the country. These classes and workshops have been hand selected to encourage the opening of your heart and mind to expand in ways that you never knew possible. Oh yes, and to encourage curiosity and fun as well!
Morning Yoga with Nichole L

Enjoy a gentle yoga practice that is suitable for all levels. This class will take place early in the morning and will focus on deep breathing, gentle stretching and distressing that will prepare you for your day.
Red Tent Women's Circle & Singing Bowel Meditation with Sandy & Michelle

We will start with a short opening ceremony to welcome everyone into the space, followed by an explanation of what The Red Tent stands for. Then we will do a short talking stick circle to introduce ourselves. You may share something in the confidence of community, if you so choose. We will finish with a sound bath meditation.
Creating Ritual with Aromatherapy with Sarah

Learn how rituals have been a cornerstone for humanity and how they have evolved over time with a focus on aromatic plants and resins. You will gain more insight into how to create more ritual in your everyday life.
Bring a bit of ritual home with you by making your own custom aromatic salt mix for baths, soaks and/or body polishes.
Plant Partnerships: Claiming Earth As Ally with Maria

We’ll explore grounding meditation, how to find a plant ally, and learn the basics of plant communication. You’ll tap into your intuition to hear the plants, draw the Deva and plant you connect with, and receive a message from this sacred relationship. Let’s rediscover our bond with nature and deepen your inner knowing.
From Grass to Ghee with Sandy

Join us for our homesteader’s skills raw dairy workshop that centers on the transformation of the cow’s greatest gifts.. we’ll learn techniques for culturing cream, churning butter & the art of making ghee. There’s much more than meets the eye~ all your senses will come alive!
Seeking Silence in A Noisy World with Katie

In this workshop we will dip our toes into silence. We will retreat into the woods at Chenoweth Trails and ground ourselves in nature as we disconnect from the noise of the world. After a brief discussion we will spend a set amount of time in silence.
Creating Joy: A Meditation & Art Workshop with Michelle

Immersed in nature, we will create as soothing sounds of singing bowls, tuning forks, and gongs wash over us!
Creating art is gentle but powerful way to access your inner world, to feel more grounded and calm, allowing both your right and left brain to begin to work together. You will gain skills that help harmonize your inner state. Practice becoming more calm and peaceful in this moment.
All experience levels welcome! Beginners, with a little guidance your creativity will flow. All materials included.
Living with the Moon with Lisa

As women, our cycles, and the ebb & flow of our energy, is intimately connected to the monthly changes of la Bella Luna.
Learn fun facts and stories about the moon, what the energetics of the moon and her phases are, along with specific mantras and how to incorporate local plant allies into our lives that can help support our rhythms though sacred smudging and rituals.

Join us around the fire as Actresses from the Darke County Civic Theater share the hidden lives of women from history who changed the world. So pull up a chair, make yourself a s'more, and enjoy this entertaining nightcap about fascinating women that you might have never even known existed.
