Check out our amazing classes and workshop line-up for our first ever women's retreat. Some of the women presenting have taught on a national level, bringing their diverse and powerful workshops to people across the country. These classes and workshops have been hand selected to encourage the opening of your heart and mind to expand in ways that you never knew possible. Oh yes, and to encourage curiosity and fun as well!
Yoga & Meditation with Ty & Michelle
Enjoy a gentle yoga practice that is suitable for all levels. This class will take place early in the morning and will focus on deep breathing, gentle stretching and distressing followed by a relaxing sound bath meditation using singing bowls.
Sacred Women's Circle with Madam Adela Seer
We will start with a short opening ceremony to welcome everyone into the space, followed by an explanation of what The Red Tent stands for. Then we will do a short talking stick circle to introduce ourselves. You may share something in the confidence of community, if you so choose. We will finish with a meditation.

Join me as we dive into what it means to follow nature and the rhythms of the earth on a spiritual level, and how these traditions and rituals can be found in almost every religion in the world.
Unfolding: A Workshop on Letting Go with Savana Shaltry
In this workshop you will be asked to explore different emotional states, why they show up, the
importance of all emotions and the process of letting go. Sprinkled in between the dialog will be
poetry readings and the workshop will conclude with a guided meditation.

Join in on this gentle yet invigorating tai chi practice nestled in the woods. Tai Chi is an energy based practiced with subtle yet powerful movements. This class is suited for all levels.
Drum Circle with Cheryl and Angel
Studies have shown that drumming can help to improve your mood, reduce stress, reduce anger, reduce depression and anxiety. It is able to help improve the immune system lower cortisol levels, and lower blood pressure. Group drumming has also been shown to improve communication and help build self-esteem. No experience is needed to come play drums and enjoy what drumming can do for you. Please feel free to bring your own drum or use own of ours.
Watercolor & Sound Meditation with Michelle Hickman
After a short sound journey meditation to ground and connect us, we will create! Intuitive painting is gentle but powerful way to access your inner world, to feel more grounded and calm, allowing both your right and left brain to begin to work together. You will gain skills that help harmonize your inner state. Practice becoming more calm and peaceful in this moment.
