In Flow With The Year

Have you ever wanted a deeper connection to the rhythms and flow of the year? Do you feel like one month runs into the next, one holiday into the next, one day into the next without any moment of pause or reflection on where you have been and where you are headed? I would like to welcome you to a space where time slows down, and perhaps even pauses for a moment. I would like to introduce you to In Flow With The Year. An online journey (with the potential for in-person gatherings) that roots you into the season with very simple, yet doable practices for every month of the year, and for every season on the calendar. Not only will you get simple suggestions on how you can live with more intention every month, but you will also get a brief look into what organs are affected during those months/seasons, and some herbal/homeopathic suggestions on how to best navigate those times.very month we will have one live class, and/or over zoom,such as celebrating all of the equinoxes together and solstices. Did you love the teachers at the Gather the Roots Women's Retreat? Well, if you did then you will love learning from each of them throughout the year, each month bringing a different teacher covering a powerful topic. This will give each person a chance for Q&A, and more in-depth discussions with these special teachers. You will also get a pre-recorded Qigong class to go along with the theme for each month taught by yours truly. The program runs from September 2025- July 2026 (11 months), and if you complete the whole program you will be given a discount to next year's Gather the Roots Women's Retreat.
