Check out our amazing classes and workshop line-up for our second annual women's retreat. Some of the women presenting have taught on a national level, bringing their diverse and powerful workshops to people across the country. These classes and workshops have been hand selected to encourage the opening of your heart and mind to expand in ways that you never knew possible. Oh yes, and to encourage curiosity and fun as well!
Morning Yoga with Ty

Enjoy a gentle yoga practice that is suitable for all levels. This class will take place early in the morning and will focus on deep breathing, gentle stretching and distressing that will prepare you for your day.
Red Tent Women's Cirlce, Grounding & Singing Bowl Meditation with Emily, Michelle & Sarah

We will begin with 30-45 minutes of grounding practices that give us the chance to fully arrive into the moment. From there we will experience the beautiful relaxation of a singing bowl meditation. The remainder of the time spent will be focused on sharing (for those interested), connecting and reorienting our energy to enjoy a restful weekend.
Grow Your Own Medicine with Jenna B

Learn how rituals have been a cornerstone for humanity and how they have evolved over time with a focus on aromatic plants and resins. You will gain more insight into how to create more ritual in your everyday life.
Bring a bit of ritual home with you by making your own custom aromatic salt mix for baths, soaks and/or body polishes.
Womens Bodies As Sacred Journeys with Lisa G.

In this enlightening class, Lisa shares what she's learned from her many years of working with women as they pass through life's threshold of perimenopause into menopause. She will guide you through challenges of these potent thresholds, and offer simple steps you can take- from lifestyle strategies to herbal support- to help ease symptoms and restore balance.

The Strong Woman's Burden: When Strength Becomes Exhaustion with Brandy C.

Many women struggle with people-pleasing and feeling responsible for everyone else’s needs. Weaving with Nature with Michelle H.

This immersive workshop weaves together sound healing, meditation, and hands-on art-making. Through healing frequencies, sound bath immersion, and gentle biofield tuning practices, you’ll be guided into a state of relaxation and inner alignment. Vibrational sound supports the nervous system, helping release tension, restore energetic flow, and bring the body back into harmony.
From this grounded, open state, we move into creative integration.
Using natural materials such as cattails, grasses, reeds, bamboo, and vines, you will create a personal wall hanging for your meditation or sacred space at home.
