What is Medical Thermography
Medical Thermography is a non-invasive, zero radiation preventative tool that uses top of the line infrared technology to measure and monitor temperature changes in the body. Through temperature change (hot and cold patterns) inflammation, blood flow, circulation and nerve health can be detected and measured. Scans are read by board certified Physician's in the field of Medical Thermography.
*Medical Thermography is excellent for monitoring your health including breast health.
What to Expect During Your Thermography Session

Paperwork: Please arrive early so you can begin the paperwork in the lobby.

Once the paperwork is completed I will provide further instructions regarding the exam process.

You will be asked to undress and you have option to cover with a gown.

(I will then step out so that you may undress).

Once undressed I will re-enter and we will begin the preliminary imaging process.

You will need to sit for 15 minutes prior to the exam to acclimate to the temperature of the room. During this time I will go over paperwork with you, and your health history will be discussed. This is also an excellent time to ask questions.

Once you have acclimated, we will begin imaging.

Full body takes about 45 minutes to an hour.

Breasts only, or lower and upper body only takes about 30 minutes.

Once the imaging is over I will step out so that you can get dressed.

​*A $50 deposit is required at booking.
This fee is non-refundable but transferable to a rescheduled appointment.

*All scans are read and assessed by Board Certified Physicians through Kane Imaging Services in California. Results are typically received within 5–7 business days.​

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance by phone, text or email. We understand that life happens and are happy to work with you to find a new time.

*Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Out of respect for Emily's schedule and other clients, we ask that rescheduling be kept to a minimum.
