Become a Gather the Roots Vendor
Gather the Roots is a holistic and restorative overnight women's retreat bringing together up to 60 women for a weekend of learning, rest and deep community. Our vendors are an important part of that experience — a curated marketplace of makers, herbalists and healers whose offerings align with the spirit of the weekend.
We are looking for unique vendors and artisans whose products speak to women who care deeply about natural living, wellness and intentional choices. If that sounds like you and your work — we'd love to have you.
We Welcome Vendors Offering:

Other natural items aligned with holistic women's wellness
We also welcome a limited number of body workers offering services such as reiki, massage, sound healing and other healing modalities. Body workers set their own rates and are paid directly by clients on the day of the event.

Vendor Day: Saturday August 8, 2026

Set-up: Arrive by 8:30am

Vending hours: 10:00am — 5:00pm

Vendor fee: $100 — paid after your application is approved
Setup:

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs and display setup.

The grounds at Chenoweth Trails are on natural terrain — plan accordingly for your display.
Applying:

Space is limited and applications are reviewed on a first come first serve basis.
