his class will take place Nov. 3, 10 & 24 from 1-2:30pm.

*Learn the appropriate names and functions of our reproductive systems
*Learn the ins and outs of a menstrual cycle
*Understand breast development and the best way to care for our breasts
*Learn holistic ways to care for our bodies during these special times
