The above pictures are of the abdomen of a woman with sigmoid colon cancer. Where you see the red area with the pinkish area in the middle of the red, which appears closest to this persons left hipbone is roughly where the cancer is located. This lady clearly shows hot spots all along the path of the cancer where the body is dealing with gut inflammation.
Clinical thermography is a wonderful tool for not only seeing the health of the breasts, but also other areas of the body as noted above. Here the cancer is observed, but so is the systemic inflammation throughout her intestines. Remember that physiology always forms before pathology, which means inflammation and imbalance always takes place before a pathological elements forms in the body, such as a tumor or lesion. It is important to utilize thermography for what it has to offer those people who wish to focus on preventative health maintenance.
Can thermography diagnose an issue? No, but it can give you a deeper understanding of how you got where you are, and how the rest of the body is dealing with these issues. For example, do you have digestive issues in the gut that clearly shows on a scan, but are you also suffering from joint pain, headaches and fatigue? Much like a connect-the-dots, thermography can better help us understand the much bigger picture that can then help us to decide what action steps are necessary to take moving forward.
Additional things that are often scene on an abdominal thermography scan is chronic constipation, inflammation around certain organs such as the liver, spleen, gallbladder. It is also known to pick up kidney and gallbladder stones before a person even knows they are present. This all comes in the form of inflammation, which we measure with the temperature variations around the areas of our bodies that need attention and care.
