A Client Brings Me Clarity

What do I do next? Where do I go from here? How do I handle this situation? How do I even find the time to process things? What do I do with the information that I was just given? These are questions that we ask ourselves all of the time in our modern world. Today I share a story with you about how a client brought me a dose of clarity, and how I am using that to shift my work.
A Friendly Reminder
I sat in my office across from a client who came in for a thermography scan. They already knew about their diagnosis, but they wanted to get a better understanding of it through the lens of thermography. We went over the basic information about the scans, information that I go over with every client, when I felt this inner pull to share a different perspective with her about her illness. A broader, yet deeper understanding of how she got to where she was with her health. This opened them in a whole new way.
She was open to listening, so I proceeded to share my insights on the energetic and emotional elements behind their illness. The information that I shared harkens back to 10+ years of work that I did when I was a yoga teacher. I worked privately with clients, and yes, we did the physical practice of yoga, but it was often much more than that. It was me listening, walking them through tough life transitions with them, and helping them to find their own way forward. It was truly the work that I am the most proud of.
In that moment in my office with the client who came in for the scan, together, I was able to hold space for them, and I do believe that it was profound and meaningful.
After this client left I felt a familiar voice room deep within,"This is your real work Emily. Yes, you are a homeopath, but there is more to you than that." I sat with this message for awhile, and realized the truth in it, which has led me to my newest offering.

My new Clarity Sessions are designed to give you space, space in a world where things don't just run together, they overlap, they crowd, they drown you.
Our time together in these sessions is not about a diagnosis, it is not therapy, nor is it a place where you obtain a treatment plan. You don't need more advice or another treatment plan. You need help seeing things that you can't see on your own.
In our sessions you will be heard without being "judged" or "fixed". You will be given the space to slow down and actually process what is going on. You will gain perspective without getting overwhelmed.
So What are Clarity Sessions?
I help you make sense of what you’re experiencing—so you can move forward with clarity.
In our work together, we:
talk through what’s going on (without rushing or overanalyzing)
identify patterns that may not be obvious yet
explore the deeper meaning behind what you’re experiencing
bring things into focus so you can actually move forward
Most people already have pieces of the answer. They just haven’t been able to see it clearly.
