First of all, this is not an AI generated blog post. Hi, it's really me, Emily. I have something close to my heart to share, and therefore it needs to be real words, written by a real human. Where I do use AI in my some of my work (I am very transparent about it), these blog posts are from me, your's truly. Why you might ask? Because writing grounds me, and sharing with this community is important.

My Resent Reset

I had my yearly thermography scan done 2 weeks ago, and it was less than ideal. I knew going in it wasn't going to be great, but I didn't realize how not great it was going to be.

The beautiful thing about thermography is that it isn't necessarily a diagnostic tool like many believe that it is. Instead it is a window into the health of your body. I am not going to go on and on about thermography, because oddly enough that's not what this post is about, but I wouldn't know what I know about my bodies inflammation levels, so it is worth mentioning.

This post is about the fear that many people fear around their bodies. If it isn't social media telling us the 8 million ways that are bodies are broken, then we have modern medicine telling us that sooner or later disease/illness will find us. Where there can be some truth in that, we do age, there is no doubt about that. What isn't talked about is the fact that our bodies really are very resilient, strong, and when needed can adapt and heal rather quickly.

Since the Beginning of Time...

Humans have been exposed to many toxins, toxins that occur in the natural environment, like lead, arsenic to name a few since the beginning of time. A good example of this is Medieval Europe, before the invention of fire places with chimneys, homes had a fire right in the middle of their home, out in the open. Can you imagine the dust, soot, and carbon monoxide that they were exposed too??? Yet, our human ancestors prevailed, and today we sit here, still evolving.

With the current state of the world, and the ever evolving landscape of what it means to be "fit", "attractive", and "healthy" in our world today, I am afraid that we are falling further and further away from the belief that our bodies can be trusted. That they can be beautiful just as they, and that they can weather stress, and adapt to what life brings us.

Was I Really Listening ....

I have known that my body was off track. I exercise every day, I eat home cooked meals, I meditate (on occasion), I don't drink and I don't smoke, and I still knew things needed some cleaning up. Luckily I have thermography as a tool to show me my inflammation levels, and now I have a plan. I will rescan in a few weeks to check on my progress. In the meantime the BEST thing that I can do, aside from everything on my plan, is trust in my body.

Learning To Believe In Your Body

  • Treat it with love and kindness

  • Stop being afraid of every small little shift or change

  • Know that health imbalances come from many different places (mind, body, spirit)

  • You CAN change your path

It doesn't have to be scary. You can rest in the full trust of knowing that your body is NEVER working against you.

But listening to the body is also important, when it sends you signs and symptoms...

Symptoms are an expression of. the body, it is how it communicates. It is important to listen. Often times if you listen early enough, you can catch issues long before they become serious ones.

Four Ways I Work With Clients

HTMA Testing with Homeopathic Assessment

Renew is a deeply individualized program that blends HTMA and homeopathy to help you understand what your body has been trying to say all along. Instead of chasing symptoms, we look at your mineral patterns and your story as a whole—supporting gentle, sustainable healing from the inside out.

Homeopathy

Acute homeopathic care targets short-term conditions such as infections, injuries, or sudden symptom flare-ups, using carefully selected remedies for quick support. Chronic care, on the other hand, looks at your full health history, constitution, and recurring patterns to address the underlying imbalance—creating a foundation for long-term wellness.

Pediatric Homeopathy

Children respond beautifully to homeopathy — often faster than adults. I work with infants through teenagers, supporting everything from recurring ear infections and digestive issues to behavioral and developmental concerns. Gently, without side effects.

Thermography

Medical thermography gives us a window into what’s happening beneath the surface—without radiation or discomfort. By mapping heat and inflammation patterns in the body, it helps identify areas of stress or imbalance early, so you can take a more proactive and natural approach to your health.

Homeopathic sessions are available in Covington & Osgood, as well as Tipp City (homeopathy +thermography)
