What Homeopathy Is - and What It Isn't...

Hello! Homeopathy is one of the most misunderstood forms of natural medicine. This week I want to clear that up — because once you understand what it actually is and how it works, it changes the way you think about healing entirely.

Homeopathy is not supplements. It's not vitamins or herbs or nutritional support. It doesn't work by adding something your body is missing or by suppressing a symptom until it goes away.
Homeopathy works by supporting your body's own healing intelligence.
Every remedy is chosen based on the whole picture of the person in front of me — not just the symptom but how that particular individual is experiencing it. Are you worse in the morning or evening? What makes you feel better? How do you respond to stress? What's been happening in your life? Two people with the same diagnosis can receive completely different remedies because they are different people responding differently.
This is what makes homeopathy so different from most medicine — conventional or alternative. It's not a protocol. It's a conversation with your body.
Three Ways I Work With Clients
Chronic Homeopathy
For long-standing, recurring or complex health patterns. Chronic work goes deep and takes time — but for clients who commit to the process, the results can be profound. If you've been managing something for years that conventional medicine keeps calling normal, this is where to start.
Acute Homeopathy
For sudden illness, injury or short-term events — a cold, a fever, an ear infection, an emotional shock. Acute homeopathic support can be fast-acting and remarkably effective when the right remedy is matched to the right moment.
Pediatric Homeopathy
Children respond beautifully to homeopathy — often faster than adults. I work with infants through teenagers, supporting everything from recurring ear infections and digestive issues to behavioral and developmental concerns. Gently, without side effects.
Sessions are available in person in Greenville, Ohio, at Betty's Natural Foods in Osgood, Ohio, and by phone or video from anywhere.
